The group itself, moved online

theMoim starts from the group's official roster. Who belongs, and who has left, stays clear on that roster. People on the roster become members, and notices, boards, files and records all build on that roster. When officers change or members come and go, the record stays with the group. The structure is the same whether a group starts with one person or grows into an institution of thousands.

Inside one group, the space of the whole group and the spaces of its groups and subgroups overlap. Members enter the spaces they belong to, and which space they are in is always shown.

theMoim is currently offered as a web app. Open themoim.app in your browser, and on a phone you can add it to your home screen to run it like an app. Native iPhone and Android apps are being prepared for the App Store and Google Play, and this page will carry the announcement when they are ready.
